Nab\u00edz\u00edm V\u00e1m konstrukci GSM pageru se <strong>4-mi galvanicky odd\u011blen\u00fdmi vstupy a v\u00fdstupy<\/strong>, kter\u00fd je postaven na SimToolkitov\u00e9m adapt\u00e9ru Bladox Turbo Lite.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud jste se ji\u017e setkali s modulem Bladox Turbo Lite 1 nebo 2 sami dob\u0159e v\u00edte, \u017ee k p\u0159ipojen\u00ed vstup\u016f nebo v\u00fdstup\u016f je t\u0159eba jejich galvanick\u00e9 odd\u011blen\u00ed. Nejl\u00e9pe pomoc\u00ed opto\u010dlen\u016f. Turbo Lite 2 sice m\u00e1 4 opto\u010dleny integrov\u00e1ny p\u0159\u00edmo na desce (2 x vstup, 2 x v\u00fdstup), ale to mnohdy nesta\u010d\u00ed, nav\u00edc je \u010dasto pot\u0159eba ovl\u00e1dat v\u00fdkon\u011bj\u0161\u00ed spot\u0159ebi\u010de pomoc\u00ed rel\u00e9. Celkov\u00fd v\u00fdsledek je obvykle takov\u00fd, \u017ee v lep\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b s\u00e1hnete po univerz\u00e1ln\u00edm plo\u0161n\u00e9m spoji a vznikne jedno\u00fa\u010delov\u00fd bastl s n\u011bkolika re\u00e1tky a opto\u010dleny, kter\u00fd rozhodn\u011b nebud\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 d\u016fv\u011bry. Vyvinul jsem proto univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed desku pro moduly Turbo Lite 1\/2, kter\u00e1 disponuje 4 &#8211; mi opto\u010dleny odd\u011blen\u00fdmi vstupy, 4 &#8211; mi rel\u00e9ov\u00fdmi v\u00fdstupy a roz\u0161i\u0159uj\u00edc\u00edm konektorem pro vyu\u017eit\u00ed zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch I\/O linek nebo analogov\u00fdch vstup\u016f. Nav\u00edc je na desce vlastn\u00ed nap\u00e1jec\u00ed zdroj se s\u00ed\u0165ov\u00fdm transform\u00e1torem a pro n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed aplikace je vybavena i konektorem pro nap\u00e1jen\u00ed pomocn\u00fdch obvod\u016f. Turbo Lite je toti\u017e nap\u00e1jen p\u0159\u00edmo z mobiln\u00edho telefonu a je nep\u0159\u00edpustn\u00e9 na jeho vstupy p\u0159ipojovat vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed ne\u017e cca 2,5V. Upev\u0148ovac\u00ed otvory desky a transform\u00e1toru vrt\u00e1kem 3mm, otvory pro chladi\u010d stabiliz\u00e1toru vrt\u00e1kem 2,5mm, otvory v\u00fdvod\u016f transform\u00e1toru vrt\u00e1kem 1,5mm a otvory pro svorkovnice, diody, pinov\u00e9 li\u0161ty a stabiliz\u00e1tor vrt\u00e1kem 1mm. Zbytek posta\u010d\u00ed vrt\u00e1kem 0,8mm. P\u0159i osazov\u00e1n\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1stek je zachov\u00e1n obvykl\u00fd postup od nejni\u017e\u0161\u00edch po nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, za\u010dneme dr\u00e1tov\u00fdmi propojkami. Stabiliz\u00e1tor, chladi\u010d a transform\u00e1tor si nech\u00e1me na \u00fapln\u00fd konec. P\u0159i mont\u00e1\u017ei stabiliz\u00e1toru tento nejd\u0159\u00edve p\u0159i\u0161roubujeme na chladi\u010d, n\u00e1sledn\u011b p\u0159ip\u00e1j\u00edme chladi\u010d a a\u017e na konec v\u00fdvody stabiliz\u00e1toru do plo\u0161n\u00e9ho spoje. Stejn\u011b tak u transform\u00e1toru, nejprve ho upevn\u00edme mechanicky pomoc\u00ed dvou \u0161roub\u016f, pot\u00e9 zap\u00e1j\u00edme v\u00fdvody. P\u0159ed p\u0159ipojen\u00edm nap\u00e1jec\u00edho nap\u011bt\u00ed zkontrolujeme vizu\u00e1ln\u011b plo\u0161n\u00fd spoj. Zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b v oblasti p\u0159ipojen\u00ed Turbo Lite jsou spoje pon\u011bkud zhu\u0161t\u011bny a hroz\u00ed vznik c\u00ednov\u00fdch m\u016fstk\u016f. Pokud je v\u0161e v po\u0159\u00e1dku, bez osazen\u00e9ho modulu Turbo Lite p\u0159ipoj\u00edme nap\u00e1jec\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed. M\u011bla by se rozsv\u00edtit pouze zelen\u00e1 LED1 indikuj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edtomnost nap\u011bt\u00ed za stabiliz\u00e1torem. Zm\u011b\u0159\u00edme nap\u011bt\u00ed za stabiliz\u00e1torem (12V) a prom\u011b\u0159\u00edme konektor ur\u010den\u00fd k p\u0159ipojen\u00ed modulu Turbo Lite, zda se na n\u011bj nedostalo n\u011bjak\u00e9 ciz\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed. Pokud je v\u0161e v po\u0159\u00e1dku odpoj\u00edme nap\u00e1jen\u00ed a m\u016f\u017eeme osadit modul Turbo Lite (s osazenou pinovou li\u0161tou) do dutinkov\u00e9 li\u0161ty. Modul Turbo Lite se p\u0159ipojuje pomoc\u00ed dvou\u0159ad\u00e9 l\u00e1mac\u00ed li\u0161ty, kterou zap\u00e1j\u00edme p\u0159\u00edmo na desku modulu do dvojit\u00e9 dutinkov\u00e9 li\u0161ty na z\u00e1kladn\u00ed desce. Mobiln\u00ed telefon, kter\u00fd je s modulem Turbo Lite propojen prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm ohebn\u00e9ho vodi\u010de s konektorem SIM karty na konci je t\u0159eba upevnit v t\u011bsn\u00e9 bl\u00edzkosti desky (jin\u00e9 um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed ani d\u00e9lka vodi\u010de neumo\u017e\u0148uje). Proveden\u00ed upevn\u011bn\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm typu mobiln\u00edho telefonu. Konektor X2 slou\u017e\u00ed k p\u0159ipojen\u00ed origin\u00e1ln\u00ed nab\u00edje\u010dky, tu je mo\u017en\u00e9 p\u0159ipojit pochopiteln\u011b i extern\u011b do libovoln\u00e9 z\u00e1suvky na 230V, konektor X2 je zde pro p\u0159\u00edpad, \u017ee bude t\u0159eba um\u00edstit nab\u00edje\u010dku dovnit\u0159 krabice, nap\u0159 z d\u016fvodu kryt\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Na konektor X3 je vyvedeno stabilizovan\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed 12V pro nap\u00e1jen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fdch pomocn\u00fdch obvod\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Konektor X4 &#8211; vstupn\u00ed &#8211; je p\u0159ipraven k p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9mu p\u0159ipojen\u00ed obecn\u00fdch kontakt\u016f, co\u017e b\u00fdv\u00e1 nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed po\u017eadavek (nap\u0159. v\u00fdstup\u016f r\u016fzn\u00fdch senzor\u016f, koncov\u00fdch sp\u00edna\u010d\u016f nebo p\u0159\u00edmo p\u0159ep\u00edna\u010d\u016f atd&#8230;). Sta\u010d\u00ed tedy spojit v\u017edy dv\u011b svorky vedle sebe a p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e1 LED dioda indikuje aktivaci konkr\u00e9tn\u00edho vstupu. Akce v z\u00e1vislosti na \u00farovn\u00edch na vstupu je t\u0159eba nastavit v nastavovac\u00edm menu. Viz odstavec nastaven\u00ed aplikace Pager.<\/p>\n<p>Ke konektoru X5 &#8211; v\u00fdstup &#8211; jsou zde p\u0159ipojeny v\u0161echny kontakty v\u00fdstupn\u00edch rel\u00e9 pro obecn\u00e9 pou\u017eit\u00ed. Plo\u0161n\u00fd spoj od svorkovnic k rel\u00e9 je dimenzov\u00e1n na proud cca 2A. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho proudov\u00e9ho zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed je t\u0159eba spoje mezi svorkovnic\u00ed a rel\u00e9 poc\u00ednovat nebo nas\u00edlit vodi\u010dem. V takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, je ale lep\u0161\u00ed ovl\u00e1dat rel\u00e1tkem na desce extern\u00ed styka\u010d (nap\u0159 p\u0159i aplikaci sp\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdkonn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho \u010derpadla).<\/p>\n<p>Konektor X6 slou\u017e\u00ed k p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9mu roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed desky. Jsou zde vyvedeny v\u0161echny zbyl\u00e9 I\/O a A\/D linky Turbo Lite a nap\u00e1jec\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed (mobiln\u00edho telefonu i galvanicky odd\u011blen\u00fdch 12V).<\/p>\n<p>Konektor X7 je ur\u010den pro vyu\u017eit\u00ed opto\u010dlen\u016f osazen\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edmo na modulu Turbo Lite 2. Jeliko\u017e nejsou p\u00e1jec\u00ed body t\u011bchto opto\u010dlen\u016f na modulu Turbo Lite 2 v rastru 2,54mm, nelze pou\u017e\u00edt konstrukci pinov\u00e1 + dutinkov\u00e1 li\u0161ta a je nutn\u00e9 tyto body do z\u00e1kladn\u00ed desky p\u0159ipojit pomoc\u00ed krat\u0161\u00edch vodi\u010d\u016f kter\u00e9 jsou p\u0159ip\u00e1jeny jak na modulu Turbo Lite 2, tak v z\u00e1kladn\u00ed desce, kde p\u00e1jec\u00ed body svoj\u00ed rozte\u010d\u00ed tak\u00e9 odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed bod\u016fm na Turbo Lite 2.
