{"id":939,"date":"2009-09-26T20:16:14","date_gmt":"2009-09-26T18:16:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/clanky\/?p=26"},"modified":"2020-09-21T13:52:08","modified_gmt":"2020-09-21T12:52:08","slug":"laboratorni-regulovatelny-zdroj","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.puhy.cz\/blog\/laboratorni-regulovatelny-zdroj\/","title":{"rendered":"Laboratorn\u00ed zdroj &#8211; 0 a\u017e 30V 0 a\u017e 3A &#8211; konstrukce"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nap\u00e1jec\u00ed regulovateln\u00fd zdroj nesm\u00ed chyb\u011bt v d\u00edln\u011b ka\u017ed\u00e9ho elektronika a n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed konstrukce umo\u017e\u0148uje levnou a jednoduchou stavbu i za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00edm elektronik\u016fm. \u010cl\u00e1nek popisuje konstrukci jednoduch\u00e9ho regulovateln\u00e9ho zdroje s citlivou proudovou pojistkou, aktivn\u00edm chlazen\u00edm a vy\u0159e\u0161enou mechanickou konstrukc\u00ed.\u00a0<span class=\"keyword\">Regulovateln\u00fd zdroj nap\u011bt\u00ed je nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edm pomocn\u00edkem ka\u017ed\u00e9ho elektronika.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Upozorn\u011bn\u00ed: \u00a0trimr R29 pro nastaven\u00ed p\u0159esn\u011b 0V na v\u00fdstupu m\u00e1 b\u00fdt zapojen mezi v\u00fdvody 1 a 5 IO3 a ne mezi 1 a 8.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jedn\u00e1 se o m\u00edrn\u011b upraven\u00e9 zapojen\u00ed &#8211; regulovateln\u00fd zdroj poch\u00e1z\u00ed ze serveru <a href=\"http:\/\/www.electronics-lab.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">electronics-lab.com<\/a>. Zapojen\u00ed jsem poupravil, doplnil o m\u011b\u0159ic\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstroje, aktivn\u00ed chlazen\u00ed s teplotn\u00edm sp\u00edna\u010dem a vt\u011bsnal do krabi\u010dky. Vznikl tak pom\u011brn\u011b kompaktn\u00ed regulovateln\u00fd zdroj pro pou\u017eit\u00ed v dom\u00e1c\u00ed laborato\u0159i. Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed je sestaveno na dvou desk\u00e1ch plo\u0161n\u00fdch spoj\u016f. Jedn\u00e1 se o vlastn\u00ed desku zdroje a desku teplotn\u00edho sp\u00edna\u010de ventil\u00e1toru se zdrojem nap\u011bt\u00ed pro panelov\u00e1 m\u011b\u0159idla. Zapojen\u00ed na jednotliv\u00fdch desk\u00e1ch budou pro p\u0159ehlednost pops\u00e1na odd\u011blen\u011b.<\/p>\n<h2>Popis zapojen\u00ed \u2013 regulovateln\u00fd zdroj &#8211; deska zdroje<\/h2>\n<p>Nap\u011bt\u00ed ze s\u00ed\u0165ov\u00e9ho transform\u00e1toru je usm\u011brn\u011bno diodami D1 \u2013 D4 v m\u016fstkov\u00e9m zapojen\u00ed a filtrov\u00e1no kondenz\u00e1torem C1 (p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b C10, C11 \u2013 osazovac\u00ed varianta, viz n\u00ed\u017ee) a rezistorem R1. Obvod m\u00e1 ur\u010dit\u00e9 vlastnosti d\u00edky kter\u00fdm se li\u0161\u00ed od podobn\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed sv\u00e9ho druhu. Nepou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 ke kontrole v\u00fdstupn\u00edho nap\u011bt\u00ed uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed prom\u011bnn\u00e9 zp\u011btn\u00e9 vazby, ale konstantn\u00ed zesilova\u010d, kter\u00fd zaji\u0161tuje referen\u010dn\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed pro stabiln\u00ed v\u00fdstupn\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed. V\u00fdstup referen\u010dn\u00edho nap\u011bt\u00ed je na v\u00fdstupu IO1.<\/p>\n<p>Zenerova dioda D8 (5,6 V) zaji\u0161\u0139\u0104uje teplotn\u00ed stabilizaci, nap\u011bt\u00ed na v\u00fdstupu IO1 se postupn\u011b zvy\u0161uje, dokud dioda D8 nesepne. Pot\u00e9 se obvod stabilizuje a referen\u010dn\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed zenerovy diody (5,6V) se objev\u00ed na odporu R5. Proud, kter\u00fd proch\u00e1z\u00ed p\u0159es neinvertuj\u00edc\u00ed vstup opera\u010dn\u00edho zesilova\u010de je zanedbateln\u00fd, stejn\u00fd proud proch\u00e1z\u00ed p\u0159es odpory R5 a R6. Nap\u011bt\u00ed na v\u00fdstupu opera\u010dn\u00edho zesilova\u010de (pin 6 na IO1) je 11,2V (2 x<br \/>\n5,6V). IO2 m\u00e1 nastaveno konstantn\u00ed zes\u00edlen\u00ed cca 3 (A = (R11 + R12)\/R11), zvy\u0161uje tedy referen\u010dn\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed z IO1 (11,2V) na cca 33V. Trimr R29 a rezistor R10 upravuj\u00ed limity v\u00fdstupn\u00edho nap\u011bt\u00ed, kter\u00e9 tak m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt redukov\u00e1no na 0V i vzhledem k toleranc\u00edm ostatn\u00edch sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3>Popis zapojen\u00ed proudov\u00e9 pojistky<\/h3>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eitou vlastnost\u00ed obvodu je mo\u017enost nastavit hodnotu maxim\u00e1ln\u00edho proudu na v\u00fdstupu, \u010d\u00edm\u017e lze ze zdroje nap\u011bt\u00ed v podstat\u011b ud\u011blat zdroj konstantn\u00edho proudu. Aby toto bylo mo\u017en\u00e9, obvod detekuje \u00fabytky nap\u011bt\u00ed na paraleln\u00ed kombinaci odpor\u016f R7, R8, kter\u00e9 jsou s\u00e9riov\u011b spojeny se z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e\u00ed. Pokud se vlivem z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed \u00fabytek na paraleln\u00ed kombinaci R7, R8<br \/>\nnad nastaven\u00fd 1V, zareaguje proudov\u00e1 pojistka a p\u0159es D9 se omez\u00ed v\u00fdstupn\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed zdroje prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm IO3 (IO3 slou\u017e\u00ed ke kontrole nap\u011bt\u00ed a IO1 je spojen s jeho vstupem, \u010d\u00edm\u017e m\u016f\u017ee pozd\u011bji efektivn\u011b potla\u010dit jeho funkci. Nap\u011bt\u00ed na odporu R7 je monitorov\u00e1no a jeho velikost se nem\u016f\u017ee zvy\u0161ovat nad stanovenou hodnotu &#8211; v na\u0161em p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b<br \/>\nnad 1 V). Toto je princip udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed konstantn\u00edho proudu na v\u00fdstupu.<\/p>\n<h3>Minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mez proudov\u00e9 pojistky tohoto zdroje je 2mA<\/h3>\n<p>Obvod umo\u017enuje p\u0159ednastavit minim\u00e1ln\u00ed proudov\u00e9 omezen\u00ed okolo 2mA. Kondenz\u00e1tor C8 zvy\u0161uje stabilitu obvodu. Tranzistor T1 a okoln\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1stky zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed ochranu nap\u00e1jen\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee by z n\u011bjak\u00e9ho d\u016fvodu zmizelo z\u00e1porn\u00e9 nap\u00e1jec\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed. Emitorov\u00e9 rezistory R26 a R27 eliminuj\u00ed rozd\u00edly v parametrech T4 a T5, \u010d\u00edm\u017e je zaji\u0161t\u011bno stejnom\u011brn\u00e9<br \/>\nrozlo\u017een\u00ed v\u00fdkonu na ob\u011b sou\u010d\u00e1stky. Paraleln\u00ed kombinace T4, T5 byla pou\u017eita z d\u016fvodu efektivn\u00edho chlazen\u00ed. Pou\u017eit\u00fd transform\u00e1tor m\u00e1 proto dv\u011b vinut\u00ed, st\u0159\u00eddav\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed je usm\u011brn\u011bno a standardn\u011b stabilizov\u00e1no. Obvod teplotn\u00edho sp\u00edna\u010de ventil\u00e1toru je tvo\u0159en opera\u010dn\u00edm zesilova\u010dem IO1, kter\u00fd je zapojen jako kompar\u00e1tor.<br \/>\nTrimr R4 nastavuje sp\u00ednac\u00ed urove\u0148, hystereze je nastavena rezistorem R6. V zadn\u00edm \u010dele je vy\u0159\u00edznut otvor pro ventil\u00e1tor, euro konektor a vyvrt\u00e1n otvor pro pojistkov\u00e9 pouzdro. Chladi\u010d je um\u00edst\u011bn nad deskou zdroje na distan\u010dn\u00edch sloupc\u00edch d\u00e9lky 45mm + 10mm (na kovov\u00fdch 45mm sloupc\u00edch jsou na\u0161roubov\u00e1ny je\u0161t\u011b 10mm plastov\u00e9 sloupky pro odizolov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161roub\u016f ve dn\u011b<br \/>\nkrabice od potenci\u00e1lu chladi\u010de). Celkov\u00e1 mechanick\u00e1 konstrukce je patrn\u00e1 z fotografi\u00ed. V\u011btrac\u00ed otvory ve dn\u011b a v\u00edku krabice um\u00edst\u00edme na stranu \u010deln\u00edho panelu. T\u011bmito otvory bude vyfukov\u00e1n oh\u0159\u00e1t\u00fd vzduch.<\/p>\n<p>Ventil\u00e1tor je t\u0159eba namontovat tak aby sm\u011br proud\u00edc\u00edho vzduchu byl dovnit\u0159 p\u0159\u00edstroje. Transform\u00e1tor je upevn\u011bn pomoc\u00ed s n\u00edm dod\u00e1van\u00e9ho \u0161roubu a plechov\u00e9ho dr\u017e\u00e1ku ke dnu sk\u0159\u00ed\u0148ky. Do \u010deln\u00edho panelu je t\u0159eba vyvrtat otvory pro potenciometry, LED diodu, svorky a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b zkratovac\u00ed tla\u010d\u00edtko. Nejpracn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je vy\u0159\u00edznut\u00ed \u010dtverhrann\u00fdch otvor\u016f pro<br \/>\npanelov\u00e1 m\u011b\u0159idla a s\u00ed\u0139\u0104ov\u00fd vyp\u00edna\u010d. P\u0159ed vy\u0159\u00edznut\u00edm otvor\u016f pro sou\u010d\u00e1stky u kraj\u016f \u010dela sk\u0159\u00ed\u0148ky dejte pozor, aby\u00a0 tyto sou\u010d\u00e1stky nep\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eely sloupk\u016fm uvnit\u0159 sk\u0159\u00ed\u0148ky, kter\u00e9 slou\u017e\u00ed ke se\u0161roubov\u00e1n\u00ed.
