Pochopiteln\u011b je mo\u017en\u00e9 jeho mnohem \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00ed. Pokud zvol\u00edte ochranu k\u00f3du p\u0159i programov\u00e1n\u00ed, nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9<br \/>\nspr\u00e1vn\u00fd k\u00f3d ze za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem vy\u010d\u00edst. P\u0159i zapomenut\u00e9m k\u00f3du je<br \/>\njedinou mo\u017enost\u00ed smaz\u00e1n\u00ed a p\u0159eprogramov\u00e1n\u00ed mikrokontrol\u00e9ru.<\/li>\n<li>Chybn\u00e9<br \/>\nzad\u00e1n\u00ed k\u00f3du je indikov\u00e1no dlouh\u00fdm t\u00f3nem piezosir\u00e9nky a trval\u00fdm svitem<br \/>\n\u010derven\u00e9 LED po dobu asi 10 sekund. Pokud je k\u00f3d zad\u00e1n t\u0159ikr\u00e1t po sob\u011b<br \/>\nchybn\u011b, kl\u00e1vesnice se na dobu 1 minuty zablokuje, blik\u00e1 \u010derven\u00e1 LED a<br \/>\npiezosir\u00e9nka se oz\u00fdv\u00e1 p\u0159eru\u0161ovan\u00fdm t\u00f3nem.<\/li>\n<li>Z\u00e1rove\u0148 je zad\u00e1n\u00ed k\u00f3du omezeno \u010dasov\u011b, vypr\u0161en\u00ed \u010dasov\u00e9ho limitu mikrokontrol\u00e9r ch\u00e1pe jako chybn\u011b zadan\u00fd k\u00f3d.<\/li>\n<li>Jsou<br \/>\nli p\u0159i zad\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00e9ho k\u00f3du zad\u00e1ny dva rozd\u00edln\u00e9 nov\u00e9 k\u00f3dy je ponech\u00e1n<br \/>\nk\u00f3d star\u00fd. Jsou k n\u011bmu p\u0159ipojeny indika\u010dn\u00ed LED, p\u0159es tranzistory pak rel\u00e9 a piezosir\u00e9nka.<\/p>\n<p>Zdroj je \u0159e\u0161en jednodu\u0161e, p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 se p\u0159ipojen\u00ed stejnosm\u011brn\u00e9ho nap\u011bt\u00ed. Na vstupu je jemn\u00e1 p\u0159ep\u011b\u0165ov\u00e1 ochrana v podob\u011b transilu a tak\u00e9 pojistka. D\u00e1le je zde stabiliz\u00e1tor 7805 v klasick\u00e9m zapojen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdstupn\u00edm prvkem je rel\u00e9, kter\u00e9 v\u017edy se spr\u00e1vn\u011b zadan\u00fdm k\u00f3dem zm\u011bn\u00ed stav. Sepnut\u00fd stav je indikov\u00e1n svitem zelen\u00e9 LED. Pokud je rel\u00e9 rozepnuto nesv\u00edt\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 sign\u00e1lka. To je z d\u016fvodu, \u017ee za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed bylo p\u016fvodn\u011b navr\u017eeno pro ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed mal\u00e9 zabezpe\u010dovac\u00ed \u00fast\u0159edny prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm impedan\u010dn\u011b vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9 smy\u010dky a v zast\u0159e\u017een\u00e9m stavu \u2013 rel\u00e9 rozepnuto \u2013 byl po\u017eadov\u00e1n minim\u00e1ln\u00ed odb\u011br. Z t\u00e9to aplikace je zde ponech\u00e1n i rezistor R3 (typicky 1k), kter\u00fd slou\u017eil jako vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed smy\u010dky pro zabezpe\u010dovac\u00ed \u00fast\u0159ednu. Pokud chcete vyu\u017e\u00edt pouze kontakt rel\u00e9, je mo\u017en\u00e9 tento rezistor nahradit propojkou. Pochopiteln\u011b doporu\u010duji nov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed typ PIC16F628A. Rozd\u00edl je v tom, \u017ee pokud chcete pou\u017e\u00edt PIC16F84(A) je nutn\u00e9 osazovat krystal a p\u0159ilehl\u00e9 kondenz\u00e1tory. PIC16F628A m\u00e1 vnit\u0159n\u00ed oscil\u00e1tor \u2013 pro tento mikrokontrol\u00e9r tedy neosazujte krystal Q1 a kondenz\u00e1tory C4, C5.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-254\" title=\"klav_hw_small\" alt=\"klav_hw_small\" src=\"http:\/\/firma.puhy.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/klav_hw_small.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Mechanick\u00e1 konstrukce<\/h2>\n<p>Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed je navr\u017eeno do krabi\u010dky KP45 s vyu\u017eit\u00edm pr\u016fmyslov\u011b vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00e9 samolep\u00edc\u00ed membr\u00e1nov\u00e9 kl\u00e1vesnice (viz seznam sou\u010d\u00e1stek). Plo\u0161n\u00fd spoj p\u0159esn\u011b zapadne do distan\u010dn\u00edch v\u00fdlisku na dn\u011b krabi\u010dky, n\u011bkdy je vhodn\u00e9 vybrousit drobn\u00e9 dr\u00e1\u017eky v m\u00edstech plo\u0161n\u00e9ho spoje, kde zapad\u00e1 do v\u00fdlisku v krabi\u010dce. LED diody jsou kr\u00e1tk\u00fdmi kabl\u00edky vyvedeny na \u010deln\u00ed v\u00edko krabi\u010dky a zalepeny tak, aby bylo zachov\u00e1no kryt\u00ed sk\u0159\u00ed\u0148ky (v\u00fdrobce ud\u00e1v\u00e1 IP 65 po vlo\u017een\u00ed gumov\u00e9ho t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed do dr\u00e1\u017eky v\u00ed\u010dka, kl\u00e1vesnice m\u00e1 p\u0159i spr\u00e1vn\u00e9m nalepen\u00ed tak\u00e9 kryt\u00ed IP65). Pro p\u0159ipojen\u00ed vodi\u010d\u016f je t\u0159eba vyvrtat otvor ve dn\u011b krabi\u010dky, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b pou\u017e\u00edt pr\u016fchodku. Sp\u00edna\u010d S1 slou\u017e\u00ed k indikaci otev\u0159en\u00ed krabi\u010dky (TAMPER) pro nad\u0159azen\u00fd syst\u00e9m, nap\u0159. zabezpe\u010dovac\u00ed \u00fast\u0159ednu a jeho kontakty jsou vyvedeny p\u0159\u00edmo na svorkovnici.<\/p>\n<p>Pozn\u00e1mka: fotografie prototypu se zcela neshoduj\u00ed se zde prezentovan\u00fdm za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm, na kter\u00e9m byly provedeny je\u0161t\u011b drobn\u00e9 \u00fapravy.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-257\" title=\"zamek_small\" alt=\"zamek_small\" src=\"http:\/\/firma.puhy.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/zamek_small.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"382\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Popis programu<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Program pro mikrokontrol\u00e9r je ps\u00e1n v C a p\u0159elo\u017een v p\u0159eklada\u010din HiTech PICC, jeho\u017e Lite verzi je mo\u017en\u00e9 st\u00e1hnout ze str\u00e1nek v\u00fdrobce <a href=\"http:\/\/www.htsoft.com\/\">www.htsoft.com <\/a>. Jeliko\u017e jsem dosud pracoval pouze s asemblerem a jedn\u00e1 se o jeden z m\u00fdch prvn\u00edch projekt\u016f v C, mohou se zku\u0161en\u00e9mu program\u00e1torovi zd\u00e1t n\u011bkter\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti programu p\u0159inejmen\u0161\u00edm t\u011b\u017ekop\u00e1dn\u00e9. Le\u010d, jak uk\u00e1zaly praktick\u00e9 testy, program se chov\u00e1 stabiln\u011b. Program d\u00e1v\u00e1m k dispozici \u201etak jak je\u201c a m\u016f\u017eete si ho st\u00e1hnout v sekci downloads. Pokud budete\u00b4 program ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159e upravovat nebo p\u0159id\u00e1vat nov\u00e9 funkce, nev\u00e1hejte ho poslat na moji emailovou adresu, r\u00e1d ho zde zve\u0159ejn\u00edm pro dal\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1jemce. Program je p\u0159elo\u017een pro PIC16F628A, pokud chcete pou\u017e\u00edt PIC16F84(A), je t\u0159eba program p\u0159ekompilovat a prov\u00e9st mal\u00e9 \u00fapravy v konfigura\u010dn\u00edm slov\u011b pro tento procesor.<\/p>\n<p>Funkce programu nen\u00ed nijak slo\u017eit\u00e1. Po zapnut\u00ed nap\u00e1jen\u00ed je na\u010dten spr\u00e1vn\u00fd k\u00f3d z EEPROM, pokud jde o prvn\u00ed spu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed je ulo\u017een k\u00f3d \u201e1111\u201c. D\u00e1le je periodicky je vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1no p\u0159eru\u0161en\u00ed od \u010dasova\u010de TMR0 a v tomto p\u0159eru\u0161en\u00ed je \u010dtena maticov\u00e1 kl\u00e1vesnice. Zadan\u00fd k\u00f3d se porovn\u00e1v\u00e1 se spr\u00e1vn\u00fdm a z\u00e1rove\u0148 je realizov\u00e1no \u010dasov\u00e9 omezen\u00ed stisku kl\u00e1ves pomoc\u00ed inkrementace 16bitov\u00e9ho registru ve smy\u010dce p\u0159eru\u0161en\u00ed TMR0. Podle dal\u0161\u00edch po\u017eadavk\u016f (zm\u011bna k\u00f3du, chybn\u00fd k\u00f3d &#8230;) jsou vol\u00e1ny p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 funkce.<\/p>\n<p>Konfigurace fuses procesoru je ulo\u017eena p\u0159\u00edmo v programu, program\u00e1tor se tedy nastav\u00ed s\u00e1m.
